Snow in Odessa!

So, part of the reason why we chose Odessa impeticular to live in, was because of the fact the it doesn't really snow. Well here is proof that it did! The city was so shocked by how much it snowed that it literally shut the whole place down. They are not properly equiped for this type of wheather and the pic of garbage shows that well.
